Short biography
Hend ElMahly Mahmoud Sultan is a Ph.D. candidate at the Middle East Studies Institute of Shanghai International Studies University and an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. Her research focuses on China-Africa relations, China's peace mission in the Horn of Africa, and Gulf security. She has translated and published six books from Chinese into Arabic.
