Short biography
Tevfik Kadan was born on April 27, 1990, in Isparta, Turkey. After completing elementary and secondary school at Nazmiye Demirel Elementary School, he entered Heybeliada Naval High School in 2004. After studying Computer Engineering at the Naval Academy for three years, he transferred to Selçuk University to study Electrical and Electronic Engineering, graduating in 2014. He has been pursuing a second BA in International Relations at Anadolu University since 2018. Working in journalism since 2010, he served as Head of the Patriotic Party Press Bureau and news manager at Aydınlık Daily. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Aydınlık.com.tr and has written extensively on maritime geopolitics.
