Short biography
Ziad Ayoub Arbache holds a PhD from the Institute of Energy Economics and Policy (IEPE-INPG), Grenoble, France (1998). He worked as an advisor to several ministries in Syria and as a consultant for international development organizations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Syrian Prime Minister and a lecturer in several postgraduate centers. His research covers geo-economics, strategic prospective studies, peacebuilding and recovery strategies, regional planning, and geopolitics of energy. He speaks Arabic, French, and English.
