Short biography
Prof. Dr. Dominik Pietzcker has been a full-time professor at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences (Hamburg and Berlin Campuses) in the Media Faculty since 2012. He studied comparative German literature, philosophy, and history at the University of Freiburg, Trinity College Dublin, and Vienna. From 1996 to 2010, he worked as a creative director for political institutions including the European Union and the German Federal Government Press Office, and taught at UdK Berlin, HTW Berlin, and TU Dresden. Since 2017, he has held lectures at Zhejiang University City College and Tongji University in China, publishing on intercultural and Sino-German topics.
