Biography
Bedii Gürcan was born in 1992 in Erzurum/Turkey. He graduated from Renmin University of China Faculty of Law in 2016. He completed his master’s degree in International Law at the same university in 2018. As from the same year, he has been continuing his PhD education in the field of International Trade Law.
