Önder Çaynak was born in 1979 in Izmir. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir, he graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University, Department of Civil Engineering in English in 2003. After working in the construction sector in Russia between 2004- 2007, he returned to Türkiye. He worked in different positions in various companies. He worked in Algeria between 2010-2013. Then he returned to Türkiye in 2013 and realized various projects with him own construction company. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he started working as a country representative of a construction company in Africa-Senegal in 2020. He took part in tender and project processes in many African countries from Mauritania to Tunisia. He is currently working on market research and business development in this region, especially in infrastructure projects, mineral and energy.
