Lydia Alhassan

Lydia Alhassan is a graduate student pursuing a Master of International Relations at Shanghai University, China. Holding a bachelor’s degree in international relations and diplomacy from Afe Babalola University, Nigeria, her academic journey has been marked by a passion for African studies and contributing to peace and security studies.

With a solid academic foundation, she has gained practical experience through relevant internships and full-time work experience at important organizations in Nigeria. Her professional journey includes positions at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, the Ministry of Interior, the Petroleum Equalization Fund and a volunteer at the internally displaced persons camp.
