Aleksandr Galushka

Biography
Alexander Galushka is the former Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and is currently Vice President of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. Mr. Galushka graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow State University of Social Sciences with a specialization at the Russian G.V. Plekhanov Academy of Economics. Mr. Galushka has published more than ten papers in economics, management and investment.
