Yevgeniy Haldey was a Soviet Red Army naval officer and photographer who was best known for his World War II photograph of a Soviet soldier raising a flag over the Reichstag in  Berlin, at the end of the war. In addition, photographs of Yevgeniy Haldey were among the material evidence at the Nuremberg trials. He participated in the operations for the  liberation of Novorossiysk, Kerch, Sevastopol and the liberation of Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Austria, Hungary. He also took part in the shootings of the Potsdam Conference,  the Paris Conference and the Nuremberg Trials. Football Fans (Baku, 1959)*
