*Cheng Enfu was born in 1950 in Shanghai. He is an educator of doctoral studies, a member of National People’s Congress, academic president of the Academy of Marxism (there is also political individual responsible of such institutions in China). Cheng Enfu is a figure who the Communist Party of China takes him opinions on various topics especially on economic issues by inviting him meetings. He is one of the prominent fourth generation economists in Chinese and Japonese presitgious newspapers. It is accepted that he is one of the most creative economists in China. Cheng Enfu serves various tasks as president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS).
**Lu Chunyi, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor of Finance, graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, engaged in postdoctoral research at the School of Economics at Fudan University. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Massachusetts in the United States. He is engaged in research on issues such as financialization and financial openness.
